Feelings
by a young man, age 11I can be as strong as a hurricane,
Ready to push away anyone who comes near.
Pay attention to my anger!
But, I can be as gentle as a butterfly.
I can be soft as a cotton ball,
And as loving as a heart that’s drawn on a piece of paper.
Speak Your Truth!
